The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the airport boat stop. Noise from the ground floor was noticeable at times but manageable.

Very amiable and genuinely helpful staff team at reception desk. Air conditioned & decent sized room with modern decor, a complimentary bottle of water, as example. Very modern design and quiet atmosphere.

Rooms come with lovely views of the canal, an undeniable highlight. The courtyard offers a quiet retreat from the bustling streets.
Several issues popped up , the shower felt cramped, a broken door handle made security questionable, and the air conditioning had strange noises that were unsettling. There were concerns about coffee makers not functioning properly, and more power plugs near mirrors would help with basic grooming.

The front desk staff was lovely. Upon check-in, the gentleman spent 15 minutes showing me the ins and outs of Venice. He recommended out of the way restaurants that aren't usually visited by tourists (the food was superb) and kindly answered my questions and then he carried my luggage upstairs for me as there isn't a lift. Breakfast was wonderful...croissants, yogurts, cappuccino. The room was small but immaculate and the private bath was wonderful. My last day, I left my luggage at the hotel and was able to come and go during that day. The evening clerk even shared his pizza with me along with fascinating conversation. highly recommended!

Good location and value and als friendly staff...
Room furnitures and design were out of fashion at least 10 years...

canal view rooms, modern bathroom facilities, proximity to attractions
Limited toiletries storage is just inconvenient, and small room sizes left little space for belongings. Intermittent shower temperature is quite frustrating while trying to freshen up. It needs improvements!!!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They pointed out good and reasonably priced restaurants and tours. The hotel is a typical European 3 star hotel, no frills, but clean.

We arrived early morning by train and left late at night. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage before and after checkout. The hotel is right on a canal. I enjoyed watching the boats in the canal from our window. Also, it was only about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The area of the hotel is nice with lots of shops and restaurants. The room was basic but clean and funcitonal. Breakfast was simple with breads, yogurts, juice, coffee and tea. I was quite satisfied with the value of the hotel.

Strong match for a city holiday in Venice with excellent value for money. The breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a real treat. Try to get recommendations from the staff for local eateries.

Travelling alone, I have never felt so uncomfortable as my second night at Hotel Eden. I came back to my room at 11pm to find that all of my belongings had been taken from the room and moved to another room with no warning and without my permission. When I complained to the manager in the morning (the night reception referred me to him), he essentially laughed in my face telling me to deal with it or I could leave. I've never experienced such a violation of privacy! Do NOT stay here if you value your belongings or your privacy!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was adequate and functional for a city break. The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the train station or the bus/coach stops in Roma Square and all the points of interest are within 15-20 min walk.
Rooms are a little basic and in need of a spruce-up and the breakfast was not much to write home about but we didn’t spend time in the hotel, so it wasn’t too much of an issue - get what you pay for!
